Inspiration and Conceptualization

The top image is a magnefied external detailing of a section of a spaceships outer shell. The repetition of triangles and angular lines has inspired me to attempt a pattern heavily based on geometry.The bottom is actually a typeface. The reason for inspiration is the anglular lines and use of triangles. Although an outrageously vectorized typeface, it does inspire me to use angles and geometry in my finals.

My First Design

I think I might add more colours to the pattern and branch off from the original concept and inspiration for my finals.

I like that this design is made with only straight lines, using rudimentary shapes.
